1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 12 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process a return.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
