1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
  • If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7-9 business days for most locations within India.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We aim to meet the following timelines:

  • Domestic Shipping (within India):
    Standard Shipping: 7-9 business days
  • International Shipping:
    Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services and will update our policy when international shipping becomes available.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status of your order.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Naturalik will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is made and fails due to the recipient being unavailable, the carrier may attempt re-delivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup. If a package is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care to ensure that your products are securely packaged. However, in the event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hiteshngeets@gmail.com or +91 72968 69334. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by reshipping the product or providing a refund.

8. Customs and Duties

For international customers (when available), all applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
